The Aspiring Leaders Programme - Leading a High-Performance Culture (HPC), is a transformational process that examines the role that culture plays in determining the effectiveness of the organisation.

Utilising a world-class culture diagnostic tool, a common language is established allowing you to benchmark you own culture against the norms. The HPC process makes the inextricable link between your effectiveness as a leader and the embedding of that desired culture.

The emphasis of the programme is not on understanding this research, but on applying it so that your mindset and behaviours can be aligned to the culture that would most likely increase the success of the whole.

Suitable for current managers within a leadership role and those aspiring to be.
